1980年按西南区绿肥科研协作规划,安排了细绿萍与本地萍繁殖速度对比观察,其目的在于了解细绿萍在昆明繁殖生长情况及问题,并与本地萍进行比较,探索其合理养用方式,为大面积推广提供依据.本试验在四月初开始放水并作小区田埂,划一平方米面积为一个小区,设计分:(1)细绿萍;(2)本地萍.三次重复,共计六个小区,小区附近分别划两片放养细绿萍及本地萍.放萍重按每亩1000斤计,折合每小区放养750克,每半月左右称萍一次.放萍前每区施普钙75克(相当于施普钙100斤/亩),硫酸钾 3.7克(相当于硫酸钾5斤/亩),施后略为搅动,随即放萍. 本试验从4月19日开始,雨季曾被大雨冲走两次,实际测产是从6月*日开始放萍,连续不断,截至1981年6月11日止,共算26次,现将每次调查结果整理如下(图1)
