目的探讨静脉滴注氢化可的松琥珀酸钠对哮喘儿童骨代谢的影响。方法把220例哮喘儿童分为必可酮或辅舒酮未吸入组和吸入组,均静脉滴注氢化可的松琥珀酸钠至喘息症状、体征消失,剂量为10mg/kg/d,用药时间3~6d,用药前及停药后当天分别检测骨源性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)。结果用药后BALP值较用药前稍升高,但用X2检验作统计学分析无差别(P>0.05)。结论短期内静脉滴注氢化可的松琥珀酸钠对哮喘儿童骨代谢无明显影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous infusion of hydrocortisone sodium succinate on bone metabolism in asthmatic children. Methods Two hundred and twenty asthmatic children were divided into two groups: non-inhaled group and inhaled group. All patients were infused with hydrocortisone sodium succinate until their symptoms were disappeared. The dosage was 10 mg / kg / d, Bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP) was detected 3 ~ 6 days before and after treatment. Results After treatment BALP value slightly higher than before treatment, but with the X2 test for statistical analysis no difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion Intravenous infusion of hydrocortisone sodium succinate in short term has no significant effect on bone metabolism in asthmatic children.
