对学校管理者来说,《标准》的出台,是一次重新审视管理行为、提升教育内涵、明确职业定位的重要契机。规范与创新,统一与多样,共性与个性,等等,是当今学校教育面临的重要挑战。《标准》中的6项管理职责、92条管理要求,尽管有的内容并不陌生,但作为完整的标准体系还是首次提出,是办学的基本行为标准,要求管理者围绕《标准》来规划办学,用专业视角和科学方法改进学校管理。遵循共同的行为准则要落实《标准》,首先要吃透其精神,在管理中进行校本化实施,通过规范管理,建立学校师生共同遵守的行为准则。我们学校目前有两个校区,近6000名学生,380名教职员工,129个教学班。超大
