文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,从体育锻炼的角度对淮北市女性生活幸福感进行研究分析,采用自制问卷的方式对淮北市中心城区的女性进行随机调查、整理、分析其存在影响的原因,并提出科学合理化的建议,为提高体育锻炼对本市女性的生活幸福感提供参考依据和体育健身锻炼对女性的生活幸福感的改善提供理论依据。结果显示:经常参加锻炼的女性,生活幸福指数高于不参加体育锻炼的女性,体育锻炼的频率和目的的变化关系差异显著,与其职业和文化水平的关系差异并不显著。
By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interviews and mathematical statistics, this essay makes a research and analysis on the well-being of women in Huaibei from the angle of physical exercise. The questionnaires are used to randomly choose the women in downtown Huaibei Investigate, organize and analyze the reasons for its existence, and put forward scientific and rational proposals to provide a reference for improving physical activity on the city’s life well-being and physical fitness training to improve the life happiness of women. The results showed that women who participated in regular exercise had higher life happiness index than those who did not participate in physical exercise. There was a significant difference in the relationship between frequency and purpose of physical exercise, and their differences with their occupation and cultural level were not significant.
