目的:建立蛭龙胶囊中药效成分次黄嘌呤含量测定方法方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,菲罗门色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-磷酸:0.1%(5:95),检测波长:254 nm,流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1)。结果:通过考察其线性方程为Y=5×10~6X-28 277,r=0.999 4,平均回收率为100.63%,RSD=1.81%,测得主要成分为次黄嘌呤,含量为0.017 1%。结论:本方法操作简便,准确度高,结果可信,可以作为蛭龙胶囊次黄嘌呤含量研究。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of hypoxanthine in Herba Epimedii Capsules.METHODS: HPLC method was used to determine the content of hypoxanthine in Herba Epimedii Capsules.Reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used with a Phenomenex column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) (5:95), detection wavelength: 254 nm, flow rate: 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1). Results: The linear equation was Y = 5 × 10 ~ 6X-28 277, r = 0.999 4, the average recovery was 100.63% and RSD was 1.81%. The main component was hypoxanthine with the content of 0.017 1% . Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable. It can be used as a hypoxanthine content study for.
