为改进裸小鼠肠壁原位肿瘤接种方法和提高肿瘤转移发生 ,用自创的肿瘤肠壁粘接和脾切除技术 ,在裸小鼠体内筛选并建立稳定的 ,有转移能力的模型。结果发现 ,对裸小鼠皮下接种后生长的无转移能力的人 SW1 1 1 6大肠癌组织块进行大部切除 ,可诱发肿瘤转移 ;用肿瘤肠壁原位粘接技术可获得肿瘤的自发转移个例 ,同时使用脾切除技术更可获得肿瘤的高转移。结果提示 ,人大肠癌的转移能力可在裸小鼠体内诱导增强 ;肿瘤肠壁原位粘接及脾切除是研究建立人大肠癌模型及获得转移的理想方法
In order to improve the method of inoculation of in situ tumor in nude mice and improve the occurrence of tumor metastasis, we established a stable, metastatic model in nude mice by using the self-invasive technique of intestinal wall adhesion and splenectomy. The results showed that the metastasis-free human SW1 1 16 colorectal cancer tissue mass grown after subcutaneous inoculation of nude mice can induce tumor metastasis; tumor in situ adhesion technology can be used to obtain spontaneous tumor metastasis. Cases, while using splenectomy techniques can get high metastasis of the tumor. The results suggest that the metastatic capacity of human colorectal cancer can be induced in nude mice; in situ adhesion and splenectomy of the intestinal wall is an ideal method for studying the establishment of a human colorectal cancer model and obtaining metastases.
