目前对油田抽油机节能电动机的节电效果国内还没有统一的测试方法 ,也没有评价标准。为了准确测试节能电动机的节电效果 ,根据抽油机的实际运行情况和有关国家标准 ,提出了硬特性节能电动机节电效果的测试和评价方法。用此测试方法 ,在试验室内测试了油田常用的 9个电动机厂家的节能电动机 ,并对测试结果进行了分析与评价 ,给出了不同种类的节能电动机的节电率。测试结果与分析表明 ,这种硬特性节能电动机节电效果的测试和评价方法符合实际情况 ,可以用于评价抽油机节能电动机的节电效果。
At present, there is no unified test method for the energy-saving effect of energy-saving motors for oil pumping units in the oilfield and there is no evaluation standard. In order to accurately test the energy-saving effect of the energy-saving motor, according to the actual operation of the pumping unit and the relevant national standards, a test and evaluation method of the energy-saving motor with a hard characteristic is proposed. With this test method, the energy-saving motors of nine common motor manufacturers in the oilfield are tested in the laboratory. The test results are analyzed and evaluated, and the power-saving rates of different types of energy-saving motors are given. The test results and analysis show that the testing and evaluation methods of the energy-saving motor with the hard characteristic are in line with the actual conditions and can be used for evaluating the energy-saving effect of the energy-saving motor of the pumping unit.
