血液透析是尿毒症患者肾脏替代疗法之一.功能良好的动静脉内瘘是血液透析顺利进行的前提.据文献报道动静脉内瘘失功的发生率17.8%,有上升趋势 [1].正确合理维护和使用内瘘,分析内瘘失功的危险因素,通过临床护理干预,减少并发症的发生,延长内瘘使用寿命,是预防内瘘失功的关键.现对本中心内瘘失功预防的护理体会进行总结分析,现报告如下.
