用球形微波天线导管消融8只犬左右心室,观察输出功率对损伤范围的影响。放电时间固定为50s,输出功率从20W增加到100W。左右心室损伤体积随输出功率增加而明显扩大(P<001),损伤体积与输出功率呈正相关(r分别为093和097)。在相同能量下,左右室损伤体积无明显差异(P>005)。光镜显示消融部位呈均匀一致的凝固性坏死,与周围组织界线清楚。微波消融心室肌损伤范围较射频大,可用于治疗深病灶的室性心动过速。
Using a spherical microwave antenna catheter to ablate the left and right ventricles of 8 dogs to observe the impact of output power on the injury range. Discharge time is fixed at 50s, the output power increased from 20W to 100W. The volumes of left and right ventricular lesions increased significantly with the increase of output power (P <001), and the volume of injury was positively correlated with the output power (r = 093 and 097, respectively). Under the same energy, there was no significant difference in the volume of injury between the left and right chambers (P> 005). Light microscopy showed uniform coagulation necrosis was necrotic, clear boundaries with the surrounding tissue. Microwave ablation of ventricular muscle damage than the larger RF, can be used to treat deep lesions of ventricular tachycardia.
