以实验室管式炉对废轮胎进行热解,得到热解油进行常压蒸馏,分析了热解油及其馏分的基本性质。以热解油及其馏分作为捕收剂对东庞选煤厂煤泥进行了单元浮选试验。结果表明:热解油中含有大量的脂肪烃、芳烃和少量的极性物质。随沸点温度升高,各馏分颜色由浅入深。热解油178℃~230℃馏分中含有高达67%的芳烃,具有较高活性,其浮选捕收性能较佳,浮选精煤产率和浮选完善指标最高。小于150℃馏分中饱和烃含量最高,达30%左右,具有最好的选择性,浮选精煤灰分最低,但浮选精煤产率和完善指标也最低。
The pyrolytic oil was pyrolyzed in a laboratory tube furnace to obtain the pyrolysis oil for atmospheric distillation. The basic properties of the pyrolysis oil and its fractions were analyzed. The pyrolysis oil and its fractions were used as collectors to conduct the unit flotation test on the slime of Dongpang Coal Preparation Plant. The results show that the pyrolysis oil contains a large amount of aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and a small amount of polar substances. With the boiling temperature increases, the color of each fraction from light to deep. The pyrolysis oil contains up to 67% of aromatics from 178 ℃ to 230 ℃, which has higher activity and better flotation performance, and the flotation concentrate yield and flotation perfect index are the highest. The content of saturated hydrocarbon in the fraction less than 150 ℃ is the highest (about 30%), which has the best selectivity. The flotation concentrate has the lowest ash content, but the yield and perfection index of flotation concentrate is the lowest.
