鉴于Flt 1在肿瘤及其他由于病理血管生成而导致的多种疾病中的核心作用和分子标记作用 ,本文通过PCR扩增出的VEGF受体Flt 1N端 1~ 3个IgG样loop基因 ,经过基因重组实现了Flt 1在原核表达体系 5X 1的融合表达。
In view of the central role and molecular marker of Flt 1 in various diseases caused by tumors and other pathological angiogenesis, 1 to 3 IgG-like loop genes of Flt 1N end of VEGF receptor were amplified by PCR, Recombinant expression of Flt 1 in prokaryotic expression system 5X 1 was achieved.
