目的:研究玉屏风颗粒对哮喘患儿T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:采用自身对照试验,对34例哮喘患儿口服玉屏风颗粒治疗3～6个月,治疗前后分别抽血查T淋巴细胞亚群及IgE抗体。结果:治疗后CD4显著降低(P<0.01);CD8显著升高(P<0.01);CD4/CD8比值显著降低(P<0.01);IgE显著降低(P<0.001),治疗效果34例中29例有效(85.3%)。结论:玉屏风颗粒能够明显改善支气管哮喘患儿的免疫功能,值得推广。
Objective: To study the effect of Yupingfeng Granules on T lymphocyte subsets in children with asthma. METHODS: Thirty-four asthmatic children were treated with Yupingfeng granules for 3 to 6 months using self-controlled trials. T-lymphocyte subsets and IgE antibodies were collected before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, CD4 decreased significantly (P<0.01); CD8 increased significantly (P<0.01); CD4/CD8 ratio decreased significantly (P<0.01); IgE decreased significantly (P<0.001). The example is valid (85.3%). Conclusion: Yupingfeng granules can significantly improve the immune function of children with bronchial asthma and are worthy of promotion.
