本文研究了18Cr2Ni4WA钢超高温淬火的韧化效果,并对其韧化机理做了初步探讨。结果表明,该钢超高温淬火的韧化效果十分显著,在强度降低不大的情况下,断裂韧性和冲击韧性均有大幅度提高,J_(IC)提高了140%,α_K提高了65%。初步分析表明,如此好的韧化效果,主要与超高温淬火时马氏体(M)内位错亚结构权重的增加、马氏体块(block)的发展、残余奥氏体(A_R)膜的出现以及碳化物(K)的溶解有关,而与晶界状态关系不大。
In this paper, the toughening effect of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel quenched by ultra-high temperature was studied and its toughening mechanism was discussed. The results show that the toughening effect of the steel after quenching is very significant. The fracture toughness and impact toughness of the steel are greatly improved with the decrease of strength, the J IC increases 140% and the α K increases 65%. Preliminary analysis shows that such a good toughening effect is mainly due to the increase of the weight of the dislocation substructure in the martensite (M) during the ultra-high temperature quenching, the development of the martensite block, the residual austenite (A_R) film And the dissolution of carbides (K), but has little to do with the grain boundary state.
