现代教育基本上可以分为三大类:基础教育,职业教育和专业(学科)教育。由于经济的发展和科技的进步,人们仅接受基础教育难以适应社会的需要,只有经过良好的职业教育或专业教育之后,才有可能较好地实现自己的职业理想并为社会做出较大的贡献。但是长期以来,我国教育结构不尽合理,职业教育没有得到应有的重视,学校缺乏开展职业教育的有效机制;某些企业领导只顾眼前利益,不重视职工技术水平的提高,舍不得在职教上投资;而一些职工也因企业用人制度不健全,缺乏参加职教培训的积极性。上述原因导致我国职教失去发展的动力,这在很大程度上影响并限制了经济的发展。
Modern education can basically be divided into three categories: basic education, vocational education and professional (discipline) education. Because of economic development and technological progress, people only accept the basic education is difficult to adapt to the needs of society, only through good vocational education or professional education, it is possible to better achieve their professional ideals and make a greater social contribution. However, for a long period of time, the educational structure in our country has not been rationalized, vocational education has not been given the due attention, and schools lack effective mechanisms for carrying out vocational education. Some enterprises take only immediate interests into consideration and do not attach importance to the improvement of the technical level of their employees. Investment; and some workers because of the employment system is not perfect, the lack of participation in vocational training enthusiasm. The above reasons lead to the loss of development of vocational education in our country motivation, which to a large extent affect and limit the economic development.
