本文综合报道了经病理证实的软骨粘液纤维瘤（ＣＭＦ）２０例。其中长管状骨１６例，短管状骨２例，脊柱２例。分别论述了不同部位Ｘ线表现。重点讨论了ＣＭＦ特殊Ｘ线征象及有关本病的钙化，骨膜反应及发生在骨皮质、骨膜的ＣＭＦＸ线表现。
This article comprehensively reported 20 cases of pathologically confirmed cartilage myxoma (CMF). There were 16 cases of long tubular bones, 2 cases of short tubular bones, and 2 cases of spine. The X-ray manifestations of different parts were discussed separately. Focuses on the special X-ray features of CMF and the calcification, periosteal reaction and the CMFX line appearance of cortical and periosteum.
