W1001挖掘机主绞盘油毡密圈系易损零件。油封磨损后,漏下的润滑油甩到制动圆盘上,造成主动离合器与制动器打滑,甚至发生机械事故。原密封装置轴承盖系整体式结构。维修时,必须全部解体才能更换。为此,我们对上海建筑机械厂生产的一台W1001型挖掘机主绞盘原油封结构(图1)作了改进。把原油封轴套改成带有法兰的轴套,轴承盖由整体式改为对开式。装配后,轴套与轴承盖形成一种曲路与毡圈的组合式密封装置(图2)。轴套内孔与轴的配合采用H6/h5,以提高密封性。为使拆装轴承盖时,不损坏毡圈,轴套外径加工成1∶20锥度。

After the oil seal wears, the leaked lubricant is thrown on the brake disc, causing the active clutch and brake to slip, or even cause mechanical accidents. The original seal bearing cap is a one-piece structure. When repairing, all must be disassembled to be replaced. To this end, we have made improvements to the main winch crude seal structure (Fig. 1) of a W1001 excavator produced by the Shanghai Construction Machinery Plant. The crude oil seal sleeve was changed to a flanged sleeve, and the bearing cover was changed from integral to split type. After assembly, the sleeve and the bearing cap form a combined sealing device for the serpentine and felt rings (Figure 2). The use of H6/h5 for the bore and shaft of the shaft sleeve improves sealability. In order to remove the bearing cap, the bushing is not damaged and the outer diameter of the bushing is processed into a 1:20 taper.
