在跳水运动中,运动员弹跳力主要体现在起跳时,其弹跳张力和高度直接影响翻空、翻腾、入水这一系列动作的完成。弹跳力在跳水中具有重要作用,通过训练,运动员能够提升其弹跳能力,并能够将弹跳力的优势在跳水中充分发挥出来。本文以跳水运动员为研究对象,对其弹跳力的训练进行分析,为跳水训练提供可靠依据。
In diving sports, the athlete’s jumping force is mainly reflected in the take-off, the bounce tension and altitude directly affect the completion of a series of actions such as turning over, tumbling, and entering the water. Bouncing force plays an important role in diving. Through training, athletes can enhance their bouncing ability and give full play to the advantages of bouncing force. In this paper, diving athletes as the object of study, its bounce force training analysis, to provide a reliable basis for diving training.
