柿不同物种品种的花粉粒大小、发芽率有极显著差异,花粉发芽率一般在40%以上,但完全甜柿、涩柿品种的发芽率较低。花粉在常温下仅能贮藏5d～10d,而常温干燥,低温干燥可分别贮藏15d～20d、30d以上。温度、庶糖浓度高低影响花粉发芽率,适宜硼浓度明显促进花粉萌发,柿花粉发芽适宜条件为温度25℃、2%琼脂+25%蔗糖+5～50mg·L-1硼砂。雌花开放后在1天～2天内授粉坐果率最高。
The pollen grain size and the germination rate of different persimmon varieties have extremely significant differences, and the germination rate of pollen is generally above 40%, but the germination rate of complete persimmon and astringent persimmon varieties is lower. Pollen at room temperature can only be stored 5d ~ 10d, and room temperature drying, low temperature drying can be stored 15d ~ 20d, 30d or more. The temperature and the concentration of sucrose affected the germination rate of pollen. Appropriate concentration of boron significantly promoted the germination of pollen. The optimal conditions for the germination of persimmon were temperature 25 ℃, 2% agar + 25% sucrose + 5 ~ 50 mg · L -1 borax. Female flowers open within 1 day ~ 2 days pollination fruit set the highest rate.
