采用品种间杂交(阿春4×一粒葡矮)创造了具有丰富高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基1和14 +15亚基的小麦新品系,SDS-PAGE分析结果表明,该品系的Glu-A1和Glu-B1位点上分别编码1和14+15亚基。其中,在Glu-A1位点上1亚基出现频率最高,为80%;在Glu-B1位点上14 +15和7 +8亚基出现频率较高,分别为53%和20 5%;Glu-D1位点上的变异类型最丰富,其中被世界公认的优质亚基5 +10出现频率最高,为20 5%,优质亚基5+12出现频率为2%。
A new wheat line with abundant high molecular weight glutenin subunits 1 and 14 +15 subunits was created by inter-species crossbreeding (Achun 4 × 1 × glume). The results of SDS-PAGE showed that Glu-A1 and Glu-B1 sites were encoded 1 and 14 +15 subunits. Among them, the highest frequency of 1 subunit appeared at Glu-A1 locus, which was 80%. The frequencies of 14 +15 and 7 +8 subunits were higher at Glu-B1 loci, which were 53% and 20 5% respectively. The mutation type at Glu-D1 was the most abundant, of which 5 + 10 was recognized by the world as the highest frequency of 20 5% and 5 + 12 as the highest frequency of 2%.
