结合新形势制定新策略大力实施品牌战略对于纺织行业具有特别重要的现实意义。党的十八大提出到2020年我国建成小康社会的宏伟目标。在这个重要的历史阶段,纺织工业承载着三大任务,一是提供更加丰富、更具品质、更富文化内涵的产品以满足人民对美好生活的新期待;二是建立结构优化、技术先进、清洁安全、附加值高、吸纳就业强的现代纺织产业体系,以适应工业化后期科学发展的新要求;三是加快结构调整和产业升级,努力形成参与国际竞争的新优势。
