利用 Na IO4 - H+- H2 O2 -肾上腺色腙化学发光体系 ,结合流动注射技术建立了一种测定肾上腺色腙的化学发光新方法。方法的线性范围为 8.0× 1 0 -9~1 .0× 1 0 -6g/m L 肾上腺色腙 ,检出限为 2 .7× 1 0 -9g/m L,相对标准偏差为0 .97%。
A new chemiluminescence method for the determination of adenyrazone was established by Na IO4 - H + - H2 O2 - adenyrazone chemiluminescence system combined with flow injection technique. The linear range of the method was 8.0 × 10 -9 ~ 1.0 × 10 -6 g / m L, and the detection limit was 2.7 × 10 -9 g / m L with a relative standard deviation of 0.97 %.
