三十多年来传统的电视天气预报,一直服务与社会生产及人们的生活,成为大众关注和喜爱的电视节目。当下随着数字技术发展,网络与移动终端改变着人们获取信息的方式。传统电视播出的媒介生态发生了改变,天气预报节目需要借助媒介的发展进行转型,以重新适应新的传播生态。气象信息传播在新的媒介中要适应两个发展趋势,即纵向的开拓更具含金量的服务内容,在同一个终端上发展完善天气预报服务产品。此外重视横向扩宽多种传播形式,从一个终端的传播到多个终端的传播,包括传统的电视到电脑和移动手机端、平板,等智能终端。可以说传播生态的变化,使气象服务必须适应用户多终端获取信息的变化,积极做出调整。这是我们研究探讨怎样将新旧媒体形态下的天气预报节目带来创新,新旧媒体的融合给天气预报的发展带来什么改变。
For more than three decades, the traditional television weather forecast has been serving the society and people’s lives, making it a television program of public concern and affection. Now with the development of digital technology, the network and mobile terminals change the way people access information. The media ecology of traditional television broadcast has changed. The weather forecast program needs to be transformed by means of media development so as to be adapted to the new media ecology. Meteorological information dissemination in the new media to adapt to two trends, namely the vertical development of more content-rich service content, in the same terminal to develop and improve the weather forecast service products. In addition, emphasis is placed on widening the spread of multiple forms of communication, spreading from one terminal to multiple terminals, including traditional televisions to mobile terminals, tablets, and other intelligent terminals. It can be said that the ecology of the spread of change, so that weather services must adapt to the user multi-terminal access to information changes, make positive adjustments. This is how we have studied ways to bring about innovation in the weather forecast programs under the new and old media formats and how the convergence of the old and the new media has changed the development of weather forecasting.
