近年来,国内建筑物的体量日渐增大,尤以基础地下室为甚。同时,随着我国施工技术的发展和城市建设、环保的需要,预拌商品混凝土以其集约化的生产方式,稳定优异的产品质量,得到了越来越广泛的应用。然而,预拌混凝土除了必须满足强度、刚度、流动性和耐久性要求外,还应满足现场实际施工的要求。由于预拌混凝土在施工中应满足从预拌站到工地现场的运输和现场泵送浇筑工艺的要求,其需要的坍落度比现场自拌混凝土传统施工工艺大得多,因而在基础大体积混凝土施工和地下室外墙混凝土施工中,如何有效防止和控制混凝土变形裂缝的出现和开展,显得非常重要。本文结合郑州大学第三附属医院新病房大楼工程的基础地下室混凝土施工实例,介绍了在施工中通过控制配合比、浇筑、养护等一系列措施,有效地防止基础大体积混凝土和地下室外墙混凝土出现变形裂缝的体会。
In recent years, the volume of domestic buildings has increased, especially in the basement. At the same time, with the development of construction technology in China and the needs of urban construction and environmental protection, ready-mixed concrete has been increasingly used due to its intensive production methods and stable and excellent product quality. However, in addition to the strength, stiffness, fluidity, and durability requirements, ready-mixed concrete should also meet the actual construction requirements. Because the ready-mixed concrete should meet the requirements of the transportation and on-site pumping and pouring technology from the premixing station to the construction site during construction, the required slump is much larger than the traditional self-mixed concrete construction process in the field, and therefore the foundation is bulky. In concrete construction and concrete construction of underground outdoor walls, how to effectively prevent and control the occurrence and development of concrete deformation cracks is very important. This article combines the concrete basement concrete construction example of the new wards building of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, and introduces a series of measures such as control mix ratio, pouring and maintenance during construction, effectively preventing the occurrence of basic mass concrete and underground outdoor wall concrete.
