人羊膜间充质干细胞(h AMSCs)因其具有自我更新、向不同组织分化及免疫调节功能,因而被认为是治疗急性心肌梗死、心力衰竭等心血管疾病的最有效的方法之一。本文主要概述h AMSCs的生物学及免疫学特性和急性心肌梗死后的免疫炎症反应,以及人羊膜间充质干细胞通过不同移植方式治疗急性心肌梗死的原理和机制,并阐述其改善心功能的可能性及目前存在的问题。
Human amniotic mesenchymal stem cells (h AMSCs) are considered as one of the most effective methods for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases such as acute myocardial infarction and heart failure due to their self-renewal, differentiation to different tissues and immune regulation. This article mainly summarizes the biological and immunological characteristics of h AMSCs and immune inflammation after acute myocardial infarction, as well as the principle and mechanism of human amniotic mesenchymal stem cells in treating acute myocardial infarction by different transplantation methods, and expounds the possibility of improving cardiac function Sexual and current problems.
