目的:应用光谱成像技术探讨湿度变化对西洋参品质的动态影响及可逆性。方法:选用中心波长为254 nm的紫外光源激发西洋参样品发射荧光进行在体检测,系统光谱分辨率5 nm,光谱覆盖范围420~680 nm。对存放于不同湿度条件下的3份西洋参检品连续检测,绘制归一化特征光谱图。并用自定义中心波长反映西洋参的品质变化规律。结果:环境湿度变化对西洋参品质量有显著影响,且受潮西洋参饮片经重新干燥处理后,其特征荧光光谱的变化不可逆转。结论:荧光光谱成像技术可用于中药贮藏与养护状况的监测,并具有操作简便、快速、无损等优点。
Objective: To explore the dynamic effects and the reversibility of the changes of humidity on the quality of American ginseng using spectral imaging technique. Methods: The excitation wavelength of 254 nm UV light source was used to stimulate the American ginseng sample to emit fluorescence for in vivo detection. The system has a spectral resolution of 5 nm and a spectral coverage of 420-680 nm. Three copies of American ginseng stored in different humidity conditions were continuously tested and the normalized characteristic spectra were drawn. And with the custom center wavelength reflects the quality of American ginseng changes. Results: The changes of ambient humidity had a significant effect on the quality of American ginseng products. The changes of the characteristic fluorescence spectra of American ginseng slices after irreversible drying were irreversible. Conclusion: Fluorescence spectrometry can be used to monitor the storage and maintenance of Chinese medicine, and has the advantages of simple, rapid, non-destructive operation.
