随着上世纪末中学班级的扩大,90后学生个性的增强,使得中学生管理面临着极大的挑战。尤其是对后进生的帮扶与转化正成为学生工作的难题之一。目前在各所中学都不同程度存在一定比例的后进生,这些后进生负面影响大,若不及时教育转化,不仅会给本人、班级、学校造成影响,还会给家庭、社会带来不良后果。因此,积极探索有效的教育管理办法和对策,使他们与同龄人一样成为国家、社会进步发展的后备力量,是教育工作者不容忽视、责无旁贷的责任。
