港口集装箱内拖车司机人数与工资总额存在着反向关系分析

本文从港口集装箱内拖作业的专业化市场化运作模式入手,按内拖车队制定的司机工资模式,导出内拖车司机人数与工资总额关系的数学模型。测算结果显示着这样一个规律:由于工资制度设计存在着正常工作时间的基本工资和加班工资两档工资费率,使得司机人员总数与工资总额,在一个合理的市场期望工资区间内,存在着司机人数越多而工资总额越小的反向趋势关系。 This paper starts with the specialized market-oriented operation mode of the dragging operation in the port container and deduces the mathematical model of the relationship between the number of towed-in-drivers and the total salary according to the driver’s wage mode established by the towing team. The result of the calculation shows such a rule that due to the fact that the wage system design includes the basic wage for normal working hours and the two-rate wage for overtime work, the total number of drivers and the total amount of wages in a reasonable market expected salary range exists for drivers The greater the number of people and the smaller the total wage trend of the reverse trend.
