1介绍越来越多的依据表明,接受择期手术的非恶性肿瘤病人于术前4~8周实施强行的戒烟干预,对术后康复及长期戒烟有良好的作用。对接受手术的癌症病人,术前戒烟的指导更为重要。那么新确诊的并被安排手术的癌症病人,对术前戒烟指导的认识如何呢?本文对11名确诊为乳腺癌,即将接受全乳切除或保乳手术,并有吸烟史的丹麦女患者进行了定性研究。
