实验用450±5g的48只雄性豚鼠,分成6组,1、3、5组为对照组,2、4、6组为试验组。其中1、2组为缺乏组,3、4组为正常剂量组,5、6组为高剂量组。饲料按苏联医学科学院营养研究所等的配方制成,每只豚鼠每日另加维生素C 15mg。饲料中维生素E含量:1、2组为O,3、4组为60mg/kg,5、6组为160mg/kg。动物经适应期25天后,用导管经口灌入醋酸铅20mg/kg体重,共15天。以后分别测定血红蛋白、红细胞、网织红细胞、白细胞、嗜碱性白细胞和红细胞渗
