在建筑行业的能耗主要是空调及通风采暖装置,根据国家实施的《采暖通风与空调节能设计规范》及《工程建设标准强制性条文》规定,对于建筑中空调与采暖来说,其耗能量占总耗能的百分之五十以上。但是与发达国家对比,本国的能耗大约为发达国家的3倍,但其供暖程度明显不足,因此对于建筑环节的暖通设计非常重要,暖通的实施情况直接关系着能耗指标与人们对活动环境的满意度。因此,对暖通的优化与施工设计十分关键。
