When the diamondback moth Plutella xylostella was fed on the 2nd instar larvae of Plutella xylostella in the egg stage, early larvae and mid-stage larvae of the diamondback moth, the sublethal dose (= LC10) Effect of agent treatment on cocoing rate and emergence rate of the parasitoids Aphelenchoides. The results showed that the cocoon formation rate of the parasitoid was decreased by 26.6% after feeding the LC10-avermectin-treated leaves of Plutella xylostella in egg stage, early larvae and mid-stage larvae, respectively. 22.8% and 5.8%, respectively. After feeding on the leaf of the diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella) treated with flubendiam, the cocoon formation rates of the parasitoid decreased by 76.9%, 42.5% and 18.5%, respectively. The abamectin treatment had no significant effect on the emergence rate of the adults of the parasitoid Apanteles plutellae. However, the treatment of these insects could significantly inhibit the emergence rate of the adults of Plutella xylostella, At mid-stage larvae, cabbage leaves treated with flubendazole at the LC10 dose of Plutella xylostella decreased by 53.1%, 36.1% and 47.8%, respectively. The results showed that even a very low dose (LC10 dose) to the host diamondback moth larvae significantly affected the growth and development of the diamondback moth Plutella xylostella larvae. In addition, the effects of sublethal insecticides fed on the diamondback moth larvae on the growth and development of the parasitoid Apanteles plutellae were related to the types of insecticides and the developmental stages of the parasitoids.
