目的分析耳内镜下中耳置管对成人分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析成人68例(102耳)分泌性中耳炎耳内镜下中耳置管术的疗效。结果治愈71耳(69.61%),好转23耳(22.55%),无效8耳(7.84%),总有效率为92.57%。结论耳内镜下中耳置管术是治疗成人分泌性中耳炎的有效治疗方法。 Objective To analyze the effect of endotracheal intubation on adult secretory otitis media. Methods A retrospective analysis of 68 cases (102 ears) of secretory otitis media with endoscopic ear cannulation was performed. Results 71 ears (69.61%) were cured, 23 ears (22.55%) were improved, 8 ears (7.84%) were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 92.57%. Conclusion Endoscopic ear catheterization is an effective treatment for adult secretory otitis media.
