目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀对兔粥样硬化髂动脉P-选择素I、CAM-1表达的影响。方法 30只大白兔随机分为空白组6只、对照组与观察组各12只。空白组以普通饲料喂养6周后处死,对照组与观察组均予以高脂饲料喂养2周,行髂动脉内膜球囊损伤术,术后观察组予瑞舒伐他汀喂养4周后处死,检测血浆胆固醇浓度及髂动脉段P-选择素I、CAM-1的表达。结果 观察组血浆胆固醇显著降低,光镜及Western blot显示内皮细胞中P-选择素I、CAM-1表达显著降低。结论瑞舒伐他汀对兔粥样硬化髂动脉P-选择素I、CAM-1的表达具有明确的抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin on the expression of P-selectin I and CAM-1 in rabbit iliac arteries. Methods Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into blank control group (n = 6) and observation group (n = 12). Control group and observation group were fed with high-fat diet for 2 weeks, and iliac artery balloon injury was performed in the blank group. After the observation group was given rosuvastatin for 4 weeks, the rats in the control group and the observation group were sacrificed, Plasma cholesterol concentrations and the expression of P-selectin I and CAM-1 in the iliac arteries were measured. Results The plasma cholesterol in the observation group decreased significantly. The expression of P-selectin I and CAM-1 in the endothelial cells was significantly decreased by light microscopy and Western blot. Conclusion Rosuvastatin has a clear inhibitory effect on the expression of P-selectin I and CAM-1 in rabbit iliac arteries.
