本标准适用于理论生产率为10m~3/h以上(包括10m~3/h),用于生产水工混凝土和普通混凝土的周期式自动化混凝土搅拌楼(以下简称混凝土搅拌楼)。 1 名词、术语 1·1 混凝土搅拌楼由供料、贮料、配料、搅拌、出料、控制等系统以及结构部件所组成,用于生产混凝土的成套设备,统称为混凝土搅拌楼。按照骨料在混凝土生产流程中需要提升的次数,混凝土搅拌楼分为单阶式(骨料仅提升一次,如图1)及双阶式(骨料需要提升二次或二次以上,如图2)两种型式。双阶式混凝土搅拌楼也司称为混凝土搅拌站。 1·2 混凝土搅拌楼的试验工况
