本文基于价值认同视角,探讨了企业软实力的定义、作用过程及其特点。以企业内外部利益相关者为研究点,从企业理念的塑造和转化阶段、传播阶段、价值认同实现阶段建立了企业软实力的作用过程模型,阐述了该模型的特征。最后从利益相关者认知模型的构建,国家和企业软实力评价量表的开发来拓展该模型的运用价值。
Based on the perspective of value recognition, this article explores the definition, function process and characteristics of enterprise soft power. Taking the internal and external stakeholders as research points, this paper establishes the process model of the role of enterprise soft power from the stage of shaping and transforming, propagating and recognizing the realization of the concept of enterprise, and expounds the characteristics of the model. At last, the application value of this model is extended from the construction of the stakeholder cognitive model and the development of the country and enterprise soft power evaluation scale.
