本文对蜂王浆中抗生素残留物质氯霉素(Chloramphenicol)的检测方法进行了探讨,建立了氯霉素残留的HPLC定量方法。样品采用液液分配和固相萃取法(SPE)进行纯化。氯霉素在0.1～10μg/mL间呈良好的线形关系,加样回收率为80.6～90.3%,RSD为3.48～5.63%。该方法稳定可靠,为蜂王浆产品中氯霉素残留的检测提供了依据。
This article discussed the detection method of chloramphenicol (Chloramphenicol), an antibiotic residue in royal jelly, and established a HPLC quantitative method for chloramphenicol residue. Samples were purified by liquid-liquid partitioning and solid phase extraction (SPE). Chloramphenicol showed a good linear relationship between 0.1 and 10 μg/mL. The recovery of the sample was 80.6 to 90.3%, and the RSD was 3.48 to 5.63%. The method is stable and reliable, providing a basis for the detection of chloramphenicol residues in royal jelly products.
