目的制备吲达帕胺有机酸复合物并对其透皮吸收进行研究。方法采用超声混合有机溶媒自然挥发方法制备吲达帕胺有机酸复合物,差式扫描量热法(DSC)测定吲达帕胺及有机酸复合物的熔点,红外吸收光谱法(FT-IR)对吲达帕胺有机酸复合物进行结构确认,用体外透皮吸收实验对吲达帕胺有机酸复合物的透皮吸收进行研究。结果DSC和FT-IR图谱均证明吲达帕胺与有机酸之间形成了复合物,体外透皮吸收研究结果表明,吲达帕胺与有机酸形成复合物后能明显促进吲达帕胺的透皮吸收。结论由于吲达帕胺的透皮吸收量较低,可以采取与有机酸形成复合物的方法促进吲达帕胺的透皮吸收。
Objective To prepare indapamide organic acid complex and study its transdermal absorption. Methods Indapamide organic acid complex was prepared by ultrasonic natural organic solvent evaporation method. The melting point of indapamide and organic acid complex was determined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The infrared absorption spectroscopy (FT-IR) The structure of indapamide organic acid complex was confirmed. The transdermal absorption of indapamide organic acid complex was studied by in vitro transdermal absorption assay. Results Both DSC and FT-IR spectra demonstrated that a complex formed between indapamide and organic acids. The results of in vitro transdermal absorption showed that the combination of indapamide and organic acids could obviously promote the synthesis of indapamide Transdermal absorption. Conclusion Due to the low transdermal absorption of indapamide, a method of complex formation with organic acids can be used to promote transdermal absorption of indapamide.
