目的观察环丙沙星对弹烧复合伤海水浸泡动物细菌学特性的影响,验证所筛选的战伤一线救治药物的实际救治效果。方法成功建立弹烧复合伤海水浸泡模型后,将14只成年杂种犬随机分为弹烧复合伤海水浸泡组(浸泡组,8只)和弹烧复合伤海水浸泡环丙沙星治疗组(治疗组,6只)。伤后即刻、4、7、10、20、28h 共6个时相点抽取静脉血进行血细菌培养;浸泡后各时相点距伤道1.5cm 微穿刺针取肌组织行细菌培养计数。结果浸泡组伤后血细菌计数及局部伤道组织细菌计数均呈进行性增多,伤后动物感染呈现进行性加重趋势;采用环丙沙星治疗后,有效地改善了动物菌血症状况及局部伤道组织感染状况。结论早期足量应用环丙沙星不仅可以有助于预防菌血症发生,还有助于防治局部火器伤感染,为局部创面的进一步治疗,争取了时间,创造了条件。
Objective To observe the effects of ciprofloxacin on the bacteriological characteristics of seawater immersion animals with Bomb Trauma, and to verify the actual treatment effect of the first-line salvage drugs. Methods After successfully establishing the model of seawater immersion with Bomb Trauma, 14 adult mongrel dogs were randomly divided into three groups: seawater immersion group (immersion group, 8 rats) and cocaine-immersion seawater immersion ciprofloxacin group Group, 6). Immediately after the injury, venous blood was drawn from 6 venous sites at 4, 7, 10, 20, and 28 hours for blood bacterial culture; Results The number of blood bacteria and the number of bacteria in local wounds were increased after soaking in the soaking group, and the animal infection tended to aggravate gradually after the injury. The treatment of ciprofloxacin effectively improved the animal bacteremia and the local Wound tissue infection. Conclusion Early enough ciprofloxacin can not only help prevent the occurrence of bacteremia, but also help to prevent and treat local firearm wound infection. This will create the necessary conditions for the further treatment of local wounds.
