(一)瑞典于七十年代研制成功DIAMEC系列高速全液压金刚石钻机,并发展了薄壁钻头钻进技术。在中硬至坚硬岩层中采用TT型和T_2型薄壁钻头和双层岩芯管钻进取得了很好的效果。例如用TT46金刚石钻头所钻出的岩芯直径为35.6毫米,相当于DCDMA标准的BQ规格钻头钻出的岩芯(36.5毫米),而机械钻速却提高了,因为薄壁钻头的壁厚只有5.2毫米,而BQ钻头的壁厚为11.78毫米。也就是说,用TT46薄壁金刚石钻头钻进,有效切削面积比BQ钻头减少了62%,因而需要的给进力和扭
