详细测量了叶栅前、后和栅内诸横截面以及间隙中分面上的气流参数,对壁面(包括叶片表面和上、下端壁壁面)流场进行了墨迹显示。应用拓扑学原理分析了测量与显示结果,得出常规直叶栅和正、反弯叶栅壁面流场的拓扑结构及相应叶栅内流场的旋涡结构。通过这3种叶栅分析结果的对比,揭示了正弯叶片降低漏气损失的机理。
The flow parameters of the wall surface (including the surface of the blade and the wall of the upper and lower end walls) were measured in detail by measuring the gas flow parameters in the cross sections of the front and back casters and in the cascade and in the clearance. The topological structure of the flow field in the conventional straight blade cascade and the forward and reverse cascades and the vortex structure of the flow field in the corresponding cascade are obtained by analyzing the results of the measurements and the display using the topological principle. The comparison of the results of the three kinds of cascades reveals the mechanism of reducing the blow-by loss of the positive curved blade.
