在《中华人民共和国技术合同法》颁布１０周年之际，本文总结了我省在贯彻实施《技术合同法》、推动我省技术市场健康有序发展的主要做法和取得的喜人成绩；分析并指出了我省技术市场发展面临的新形势；明确了今后我省技术市场发展的主要任务和对策措施。
At the 10th anniversary of the promulgation of the “Technology Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China”, this article summarizes the major practices and gratifying achievements made by our province in implementing the “Technology Contract Law” and promoting the healthy and orderly development of the technology market in our province. The development of our province’s technology market is facing a new situation; clear the future development of our province’s technology market, the main tasks and countermeasures.
