为阐明多齿分度台的啮合及互研精化机理,应用虚拟加工技术,通过对不同换位方式及研磨去除量的仿真,探讨了对研参数对多齿分度台的研磨效率及互研后分度精度的影响。仿真结果表明:若换位齿数与总齿数间存在非1的公约数,则其互研后的分度精度较低;隔N换位法的效率较高,同时在一定范围内合理增大去除量也有利于提高研磨效率。仿真结论与多齿分度台互研精化工业实践结果一致,对于对研参数的优化具有一定实践指导意义。
