目的建立大鼠Ⅱ度烫伤模型,研究水飞蓟软膏对烫伤大鼠的抗自由基损伤作用。方法大鼠10%硫化钠脱毛,隔日麻醉后,将6 cm×8 cm铁棒置于沸水中10 min,取出铁棒立即贴于脱毛大鼠背部无毛部位并持续10 s,定位复制深Ⅱ度烫伤创伤模型,损伤后立即给药,1次/d,连续给药21天。结果Ⅱ度烫伤模型动物血清MDA水平明显升高,血清SOD水平明显下降,组织XOD水平明显升高,组织GSH-px水平明显降低。水飞蓟软膏能明显降低深Ⅱ度烫伤模型大鼠血清MDA水平,升高血清SOD活力,降低组织XOD活力,升高组织GSH-px活力。结论Ⅱ度烫伤模型大鼠出现明显的自由基损伤,水飞蓟软膏通过抗自由基发挥治疗作用。
Objective To establish a rat model of second degree scald to study the effect of silymarin ointment on anti-free radical injury in scalded rats. METHODS: Rats were anesthetized with 10% sodium sulphide and anesthetized on the following day. The 6 cm × 8 cm iron rods were placed in boiling water for 10 min. The iron rods were removed and immediately attached to the hairless parts of the hairless rats for 10 s. Degree scald injury model, immediately after injury, 1 / d, continuous administration of 21 days. Results The level of serum MDA in grade Ⅱ scald model rats was significantly increased, while the level of SOD in serum was significantly decreased. The level of XOD was significantly increased and the level of GSH-px was significantly decreased. Silymarin ointment can significantly reduce serum MDA level, increase serum SOD activity, reduce tissue XOD activity and increase tissue GSH-px activity in deep second degree scald rats. Conclusion Ⅱ degree burns model rats showed obvious free radical damage, silymarin ointment through anti-free radicals play a therapeutic role.
