为了提高铜合金铸件的成品率,防止铸件产生缩孔、缩松缺陷,我厂试验成功珍珠岩球形保温冒口。二年来的试验与生产应用证明,其补缩效果非常理想,经济效益显著提高。铸造黄铜件合格率达95~100%,铸造锡青铜件合格率达90%以上。保温冒口的重量约等于普通冒口的1/3~1/2。工艺出品率平均提高15%。冒口补缩效率达25%。一、保温冒口的设计与计算球形铸件比同体积其它形状铸件的凝固模数大。所以冒口设计成球形(见图1)。
In order to improve the yield of copper alloy castings, castings to prevent shrinkage, shrinkage defects, our factory successfully tested perlite spherical thermal riser.
