项目承包制是目前施工企业广泛采用的管理模式,如何提高施工企业项目管理水平,创造企业良好信誉,保证企业施工质量,降低企业工程成本是一个值得探讨的问题。本文以“项目以成本为中心,企业以利润为中心”的管理理念为指导,在详细分析当前施工企业项目承包责任制存在的弊端基础上,从项目经理负责制、项目制度的建立、专业分包队伍的选择、职工积极性的调动、团队精神的营造和企业加强审计监督等方面深入探讨了改善企业项目承包责任制的措施。
