研究了FCS在采煤机电控系统中的应用,通过总线将采煤机电控箱内不同位置安装的控制组件连接起来,实现采煤机分布式控制,对传统的DCS进行优化,减少电控箱内硬线连接,提高系统稳定性,使采煤机实现自动化控制更方便、更可靠,另外促进了采煤机实现数字化控制,并节省设备维护时间和费用。 The application of FCS in the electronic control system of shearer was studied. The control components installed in different positions in the electronic control box of shearer were connected by bus to realize the distributed control of shearer, optimize the traditional DCS, Hard-line control box connected to improve system stability, the shearer automation and control more convenient and more reliable addition to promote the shearer to achieve digital control, and save time and equipment maintenance costs.
