作业作为教学过程的重要环节,是巩固学生学习效果的有效途径,是教师检验教学成果的有力手段。但是,当前各科教师在作业的布置和设计上存在诸多问题,如缺乏明确的目标和必要的思考,存在盲目性和随意性,对所有的学生“一刀切”等等,它导致的后果就是既使学生浪费了大量时间和精力,效果也极不理想。因此,广大教师在设计作业时,必须依据各科的学科特点和学生学习实际来进行,使其做到科学、合理,进而使作业发挥它应有的功能和价值。鉴于此,以初中物理为例,并以“作业的优化设计”为主题,谈谈物理教师该怎样设计出符合本校物理教学实情的初中物理作业。
