醋酸棉酚(C_(30)H_(30)O_8—CH_3COOH)晶体结构用X射线衍射方法测定。晶体属三斜晶系,空间群为P1,晶胞参数:本结构是用直接法解的。对可观察反射进行全矩阵最小二乘修正,得到最终R=0.063。晶体结构显示一个棉酚分子与一个醋酸分子通过氢键连接构成醋酸棉酚复合物。复合物之间不存在氢键,晶体结构仅由范氏力相互作用维持稳定。
The gossypol acetate (C_ (30) H_ (30) O_8-CH_3COOH) crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. Crystal is triclinic, space group P1, unit cell parameters: The structure is solved by direct method. The full matrix least squares correction of the observable reflections yields a final R = 0.063. The crystal structure shows that a gossypol molecule and an acetate molecule are connected by hydrogen bonds to form gossypol acetate. There is no hydrogen bond between the complexes, and the crystal structure is stable only by van der Waals forces.
