目的:通过单因素实验筛选和响应面分析,确定闪式提取白蔹多糖的最优工艺条件。方法:以中药白蔹为原料,通过单因素试验,以料液比、电压、提取时间为自变量,确定主要影响因素;通过响应面分析法确定闪式提取白蔹多糖的最优工艺条件。结果白蔹多糖的闪式提取最优工艺条件为料液比(g/m L)1∶25,电压220 V,提取时间110 s,此条件下提取白蔹多糖的理论提取率为10.14%,验证实验中白蔹多糖的提取率为9.92%。结论:闪式提取法适合白蔹多糖的提取,该方法提取率高,提取时间少,具有快捷、方便的优点。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the optimum technological conditions for the extraction of polysaccharides from Pulsatilla striata by single factor experiment screening and response surface analysis. Methods: The main factors were determined by single factor experiment with the material ratio, voltage and extraction time as the independent variables. The optimum technological conditions for the extraction of the polysaccharide from Pulsatilla striata by flashover response surface analysis were determined. Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the ratio of solid to liquid (g / mL) was 1:25, the voltage was 220 V and the extraction time was 110 s. The theoretical extraction rate of polysaccharide from whiteflies was 10.14% In the experiment, the extraction rate of white sugar polysaccharide was 9.92%. Conclusion: The flash extraction method is suitable for the extraction of polysaccharide from Pulsatilla chinensis. The method has the advantages of high extraction rate and less extraction time, which is quick and convenient.
