目的了解广州市其他感染性腹泻流行特征及其变化规律,为控制疫情提供科学依据。方法对广州市2011-2015年疾病监测信息报告系统中上报的其他感染性腹泻病例进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2011-2015年广州市共报告其他感染性腹泻病例69 496例,年发病率介于75.30/10万~146.72/10万之间,总体呈现逐年上升的趋势。5岁以下年龄组占发病总数的79.01%。10月~次年1月为发病高峰。报告发病率居前5位的地区为黄埔区、花都区、番禺区、白云区和增城区。实验室诊断病例占病例总数的16.11%,其中轮状病毒、腺病毒及两者合并感染分别占实验室诊断病例的67.27%、9.67%和12.33%。共报告其他感染性腹泻暴发疫情28起,均由诺如病毒感染引起。结论广州市2011-2015年其他感染性腹泻流行主要集中在0~5岁组散居儿童,秋冬季是其他感染性腹泻的高发季节,诺如病毒为主要病原体,存在轮状病毒和腺病毒交叉感染的情况。切断传播途径是有效控制其他感染性腹泻疫情的重要措施之一。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and changes of other infectious diarrhea in Guangzhou and provide a scientific basis for controlling the epidemic. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis of other infectious diarrhea cases reported in the Disease Surveillance Information Reporting System for 2011-2015 in Guangzhou was conducted. Results A total of 69 496 cases of other infectious diarrhea cases were reported in Guangzhou City from 2011 to 2015, with an annual incidence of 75.30 / 100000 ~ 146.72 / 100000, showing an increasing trend year by year. The age group under 5 accounted for 79.01% of the total. October to January the next year as the peak incidence. The areas with the top five reported incidences are Huangpu District, Huadu District, Panyu District, Baiyun District and Zengcheng District. Laboratory diagnosis of cases accounted for 16.11% of the total number of cases, of which rotavirus, adenovirus and their combined infections accounted for 67.27%, 9.67% and 12.33% of laboratory diagnosed cases respectively. A total of 28 other outbreaks of infectious diarrhea were reported, all of which were caused by norovirus infection. Conclusions The prevalence of other infectious diarrhea in Guangzhou City in 2011-2015 mainly concentrates on the diaspora in 0-5 years old groups. Autumn and winter are the high incidence season of other infectious diarrhea. Norovirus is the main pathogen and rotavirus and adenovirus cross-infection exist Case. Cut off the route of transmission is one of the important measures to effectively control the epidemic of other infectious diarrhea.
